MSE PRO Optical Windows
Optical Windows, one of the most fundamental components in optics, are used to separate the environments on both sides, such as isolating the internal and external parts of instruments, thereby protecting the internal components. Windows are basic optical elements, essentially optical flats, which do not alter the optical magnification and only affect the optical path length in the optical system.
The key parameters of windows include transmittance, surface accuracy, thickness, parallelism, substrate material, and other attributes, which can be selected according to specific application requirements.
MSE SUPPLIES offers a variety of standard precision and high-precision windows in various materials. For instance, for applications in the infrared spectral range, we provide Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) windows, Germanium (Ge) windows, Silicon (Si) windows, Barium Fluoride (BaF2) windows, Calcium Fluoride (CaF2) windows; for applications in the ultraviolet spectral range, we offer fused quartz windows and sapphire windows; and for applications in the visible spectrum, we provide K9 windows, among others.
In addition, we could also provide laser windows and wedged laser windows with wavelength-specific anti-reflective coatings tailored to commonly utilized laser wavelengths. For bulk order or other customize optical windows according to specific requirements, please contact us immediately.
