Cesium Bromide (CsBr) is one of the main precursors of CsPbBr3 all-inorganic halide perovskite materials (ABX3). Comparing to organic-inorganic halide perovskite materials, all-inorganic halide perovskite materials have better moist resistant and thermal stability. CsPbBr3 perovskite presents the best weatherability regardless of their large bandgap around 2.3 eV comparing to CsPbI3, which is the representative of all-inorganic halide perovskite materials. It demonstrates a great potential in semitransparent photovoltaics or high-voltage required electronics owing to the excellent weather resistance and possesses an ultrahigh theoretical open-circuit voltage (Voc) as well as good light transmittance.
