Anti-MBP Nanobody Affinity Agarose, 2mL
SKU: EA-IP-006N
Anti-MBP Nanobody Affinity Agarose, 2mL
Background
MBP (Maltose Binding Protein) is a commonly used affinity tag, which can increase the expression level and solubility of the target protein. Anti-MBP affinity gel is made by covalently coupling high-quality MBP nanobody with agarose gel. Since the nanobody only contains the variable region of antibody molecules, there will be no signal interference from the heavy and light chains of antibody during immuno (co) precipitation. It has the characteristics of high binding capacity of protein, high specificity and stability, and can be used for immuno (co) precipitation of MBP tagged fusion protein.
Performance Index
Scope of application |
Immuno (co) precipitation of MBP tag fusion protein. The MBP tag can be located at the N-terminal and C-terminal of the protein, such as the N-terminal MBP fusion protein (MBP–Protein) and the C-terminal MBP fusion protein (Protein-MBP). |
