MSE Supplies offers a Benchtop Large Size UV Ozone Cleaner, which is widely used for sample preparation. This series has large irradiation area of 300 x 300 mm. It used high intensity ultraviolet (UV) light (wavelength of 185nm & 254nm) to generate ozone and break down organic contaminants in order to perform non-destructive atomic cleaning. Its high performance allows the substrate to be cleaned in minutes and the benchtop size is perfect for space limited labs. It is widely used for surface patterning, surface cleaning, increased surface wettability, and many other sample preparation related applications.
