High-Temperature Conductivity Measurement Analytical Service
SKU: HTCM001
Overview
This service uses the AC impedance method for testing. The testing environments include air, nitrogen, argon, oxygen, and mixed gases, with a measurable temperature range of 500–1000°C.
Reservation Guidelines
Sample Requirements: Samples must be dry. For testing thin films or bulk samples, the recommended dimensions are a planar diameter of approximately 5–12 mm and a thickness of 1–3 mm. Bulk samples can be cylindrical or rectangular. If the dimensions are unsuitable, additional fees may apply based on the specific testing requirements. Please contact the project manager for details.
Available Temperature Range: 500–1000°C.
Conductivity Testing Method: AC impedance method.
Atmosphere: Testing can be conducted in air, argon, or nitrogen, either individually or in mixtures of up to three gases.
Electrode Preparation: Platinum paste and platinum wire welding are used to prepare the electrodes. If the electrodes are already prepared, this step can be skipped. Electrode preparation incurs an additional fee, as platinum paste and wire are consumables, and the process requires technical expertise, including electrode firing.
Note: The listed price is for reference only. Please request a quote for the final pricing.
Analytical Service Minimum order requirement: $250 per order. A $200 handling fee will be applied if order is below $250.
