Glass crucible for thermal analyses
Our sample containers with flat-ground bottoms allow for the ideal transfer of heat between heat source and crucible during thermal analyses (DSC/TGA/SDTA). To seal the crucible, the upper part is ablated with a sharp flame. This is simplified by the tapering effect added to the crucible. The crucible is made from borosilicate glass, which tolerates quick temperature changes and boasts excellent chemical resistance.
