Graphitized Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNTs) are purified under inert gas for about 20 hours thermal treatment at 2800℃. It has the highest graphite crystallization, the best electrical conductivity and the best inoxidizability. The electrical conductivity is similar to graphite powder and the ignition temperature can reach 800℃. It has both tube ends open. 

Due to its high thermal and electrical conductivity, carbon nanotubes are widely used for applications such as: additives in polymers, catalysts, electron field emitters for cathode ray lighting elements, gas-discharge tubes in telecom networks, electromagnetic-wave absorption and shielding, lithium battery, sensors, reinforcements in composites and supercapacitor.
