MSE PRO 50g Battery Grade (99.5%) LiTFSI (Lithium Bis-trifluoromethanesulfonimide) powder for Battery Research

SKU: PO5007

  • $ 25995

Product Details:

Lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide, often simply referred to as LiTFSI, is a hydrophilic salt with the chemical formula LiC2F6NO4S2. It is commonly used as Li-ion source in electrolyte for Li-ion batteries as a safer alternative to commonly used lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6). Due to its high solubility in water, it is widely used as electrolyte salt for aqueous lithium ion battery. Recently, it is used with PEO to improve the all solid state battery performance. It is also used as an additive to enhance the hole conductivity in dye-sensitized and perovskite solar cells.
