MSE Supplies offers an IMM-01 Inverted Metallurgical Microscope. The trinocular design allows a digital camera to be mounted for convenient data acquirement. With super wide field optics eyepiece, a polarizer and analyzer unit, a 5 holes nosepiece, a 50W halogen illuminator, and a three-layer mechanical stage with coaxial coarse & fine focusing, it is ideal for metallurgical studies such as grain boundaries, grain size, etc. and semiconductor studies such as circuits, chips, micro-electronics, etc.

In order to achieve 1000X, Metallurgical LWD Infinity Plan Objectives LPL 100×/0.90 is needed at extra cost.
