The MSE PRO™ Cerium(III) Sulfate Octahydrate, The unique components of this kit can extract cytoplasmic and mitochondrial proteins from animal cells and tissues. The method first separates intact, active mitochondrial and cytoplasmic proteins, and then processes them to obtain high-purity, active cytoplasmic proteins and denatured mitochondrial proteins without the need for ultracentrifugation, making the method simple, reliable, and fast. This kit can process 1 × 107 cultured cells or 200 mg of tissue each time and can be used 50 times.
