Haynes 230 Sputtering Target
Haynes®230 (UNS N06230) alloy, a nickel-chromium-tungsten-molybdenum alloy, has excellent high-temperature strength, outstanding resistance to oxidizing environments up to 2100°F (1149°C)/nitriding environments, and excellent long-term thermal stability. It has a low thermal expansion characteristics and a good resistance to grain coarsening at high temperatures.
