MSE PRO™ Neutral Protease (Dispase), Purified
The MSE PRO™ Neutral Protease is a free metallo-neutral protease of non-mammalian animal origin. Its mild protein hydrolysis makes the enzyme particularly suitable for the preparation of primary and secondary (passaged) cell cultures, as it is gentle on cell membranes. This protease is also used as a secondary enzyme in cell isolation and tissue dissociation applications, usually in conjunction with collagen.
