Overview
The MSE PRO Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Hydrogen Production System is an advanced, integrated solution leveraging Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) technology to electrolyze pure water and generate high-purity hydrogen. This system incorporates a water circulation mechanism to deliver deionized water into the electrolytic cell, where electrolysis occurs.
The system includes the development and implementation of essential components such as the electrolysis cell, power supply facilities, pure water preparation units, gas-liquid separation units, hydrogen purification units, and PLC control facilities.
Additionally, the design integrates comprehensive technical and engineering support systems, including energy management systems, circulating cooling water systems, chilled water systems, instrument air systems, auxiliary power supply systems, and more. Key equipment and components include circulation pumps, gas-water separators, gas dryers, valves and pipeline components, constant current power supplies, control panels, safety systems, and other critical infrastructure
