The MSE PRO™ Sodium Formate Dehydrate, Slightly formic acid odor, hygroscopic, decomposed into sodium oxalate and hydrogen at high temperature, then generate sodium carbonate. Easily soluble in water, soluble in glycerol, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in ether, toxic. It can be used in the production of formic acid, oxalic acid, formamide and insurance powder, leather industry, camouflage acid in chromium tanning method, and used as catalyst.
