MSE PRO™ Water-Based High-Temperature Silicone Resin Emulsion, 25kg/Barrel
Silicone resins are a class of polymers characterized by a spatial network structure
composed of alternating silicon and oxygen atoms, with various organic groups attached to the silicon atoms as side chains. Silicone resin coatings use organosilicone resin or modified silicone resin as the primary film-forming substance. These coatings possess excellent properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, corona resistance, radiation resistance, hydrophobicity, stain resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and toughness. In recent years, the application of silicone resin products has seen rapid development.
MSE Supplies offers water-based high-temperature silicone resin emulsion, helping
customers achieve water-based high-temperature coatings that meet market demands for ultra-high-temperature resistance.
- Excellent water dilution capability, low odor, free from toluene and xylene, compliant with environmental regulations.
- Good stability, suitable for high-speed dispersion, resistant to acids and bases, stable under heat storage, centrifugation, and dilution.
- Excellent film-forming properties, quickly surface dries at room temperature, good wetting and leveling properties.
- Ideal base material for preparing high-temperature-resistant water-based coatings when used with suitable heat-stable pigments or metal powders.
- After complete curing, the coating film exhibits good thermal stability, excellent weather resistance, and salt spray resistance.
- The fully cured coating film offers good hardness, toughness, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and chemical resistance.
