Overview
Ferroelectric analyzer testing is used to evaluate the ferroelectric properties of materials, including polarization, coercive field, remnant polarization, and dielectric characteristics. It is widely applied in the development and analysis of ferroelectric materials for capacitors, memory devices, sensors, and actuators, providing key insights into their electric field-dependent behavior and performance.
Ferroelectric analyzer testing can perform:
- Hysteresis loop testing
- Leakage current testing
- I-V testing
- C-V testing
- DC/AC breakdown testing
Sample Requirement
Instrument 1: PK-FERRO20B, equipped with a 10 kV high-voltage amplifier and supporting electrode diameters of 2–6 mm. It is suitable for thin film samples with diameters ranging from 10–40 mm and thicknesses less than 0.1 mm.
Instrument 2: ACIX TF2000E, featuring a 10 kV high-voltage source. It can accommodate powder samples of at least 400 mg as well as bulk or thin film samples with diameters below 30 mm and thicknesses under 3 mm.
Instrument 3: TF Analyzer 3000, which utilizes an external 10 kV high-voltage amplifier. This instrument supports bulk or thin film samples with diameters between 3–25 mm and thicknesses ranging from 0.1–5 mm.
