Applications:

C₃N Quantum Dot is a novel semiconductor with an intrinsic bandgap of 0.39 eV, enabling electron injection via hydrogenation and enabling ferromagnetic long program below 96 K. This bandgap solves the problem of intrinsic bandgap unavailability in graphene, while the hydrogenation carrier injection offers a way to modulate the material's electrical properties. C₃N Quantum Dot can be used in various fields including sensor, photocatalysis, micronics, etc.

Store sealed and light-protected at room temperature.
