Applications

In2O3 (Indium (III) Oxide) high purity (99.999%) powder is used in batteries, thin films, optical coatings, and antistatic coatings. When mixed with tin dioxide, indium oxide forms indium tin oxide (ITO), a material used for transparent conductive coatings. Indium oxide can be used as an n-type semiconductor dopant to increase resistivity in integrated circuits.
