MSE PRO LATP solid electrolyte coating separator GMSS02- double-sided single coating B/L 2+2+7+1+2um
SKU: PO8198
MSE PRO™ LATP solid electrolyte coating separator GMSS02- double-sided single coating B/L 2+2+7+1+2um
Product Details:
The advantage of this separator is high adhesion between the cathode and anode electrode plates, high liquid retention, and high thermal shrinkage temperature. Compared to alumina, boehmite has a lower density, and AlOOH of the same mass covers 25% more area than high-purity Al2O3; And the boehmite coating has high flatness and low internal resistance; High heat resistance temperature; Organic solvents have good compatibility and good wettability; The addition of PVDF coating on both sides increases the adhesion with the cathode and anode electrodes without affecting the ion conductivity.
Can be used for liquid lithium batteries, semi-solid lithium batteries, coin cells, and pouch cell batteries, but cannot be used for pure solid state batteries or sodium batteries. Exposed to air is relatively stable, but it is best to operate in a dry room and store it sealed after use.
Coating description: LATP facing inward
Roll up and ship in cardboard boxes. Use in a dry environment, dry before use, seal and store after use.
