Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature and patent searches and write new product proposals and briefs.
  • Use Chemical background to qualify products and new suppliers.
  • Create product pages with products introductions and applications based on related papers.
  • Operate existing instruments or equipment to ensure the product is ready to offer to customers.
  • Provide technical support and consultation to customers.
  • Work with sales and marketing and specific customers regarding technical and performance requirements.
  • Generate required internal paperwork in order to provide accurate and timely new product launch and customer service.
  • Understand and stay abreast of important safety and regulatory requirements affecting existing products and new products being developed.
  • Work hands-on in the warehouse, when necessary, on product size measurement, machine test.
  • Gather metric information for use in continuous improvement of areas of responsibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in material science, engineering, or related scientific field is required.
