AHN myTube® PCR strips of 8 tubes 0.2 mL Flat Caps Clear(5 x 10 x 12 Strips and Caps)

AHN myTube® PCR Strips are available in 0.2mL, fitting standard PCR/qPCR thermocyclers, requiring regular profile tubes and in 0.1mL – for fast cyclers, where low profile tubes are required. AHN myTube® PCR strips are certified free of DNA, RNA, DNase, RNase, PCR inhibitors, endotoxin and ATP for minimum PCR interference. On top of that AHN myTube® PCR Strips are available as PCR strips of tubes with attached caps and separate caps. The open PCR strips can be covered by the strip of 8 flat caps, suitable for both volumes (0.1 and 0.2mL). AHN myTube® PCR Strips fit the majority of thermocyclers. AHN myTube® PCR Strips are made from a unique blend of ultra-flexible and transparent Polypropylene (PP), preventing the PCR Strips tubes from cracking upon drastic temperature changes.

AHN myTube® PCR Strips are designed for a wide range of PCR and qPCR applications and especially recommended for those applications, where the optical qPCR signal is obtained through the bottom of the tubes. Thanks to the optimal heat transfer and sample security, AHN myTube® PCR Strips offer excellent performance and value.

AHN myTube® PCR Strips have uniform thin walls, designed for the most efficient rapid thermal transfer and minimal condensation. Featured with extra low adhesion, the inner surface of AHN myTube® PCR Strips is specially treated to reduce the binding of protein. Moreover, the V shaped bottom allows total sample recovery.

Manufactured under strict sterile conditions AHN myTube® PCR Strips are DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase, ATP, PCR Inhibitor, Heavy Metal and Pyrogen Free. On top of that, AHN myTube® PCR Strips are highly resistant to extreme mechanical strain and have excellent chemical resistance and are autoclavable.

AHN myTube® PCR Strips are made of high-grade USP VI polypropylene that ensures low interaction with the PCR reaction mix. Each set of 8 tube PCR Strips features a highly polished interior that minimizes protein binding and results in optimal enzyme performance at all times.

AHN myTube® PCR Strips are fully compatible with the polystyrene AHN myTube® decapping tool. The AHN myTube® decapping tool has a smooth surface that makes it safe to use with adhesive films and optical caps without causing damage. The transparent design of the AHN myTube® decapping tool always keeps the PCR Strips in view for maximum operator control. When required, the tool can be sterilized with a quick spray of ethanol.
