Principle
Cell-Free Protein Expression System: This product is based on the T7 expression system.
The target proteins are expressed from the template DNA through T7 RNA polymerase, ribosome, tRNAs, amino acids, energy source, etc., supplied by E. coli extract and the Master Mixture through coupled transcription-translation reaction.
Procedure
Mix the prepared template DNA (plasmid or PCR product) with the E. coli extract and Master Mixture included in the kit. Then, add the mixture to the PCR machine or water bath and react at 30°C for 3 hours.
