ExiProgen™ EC-Maxi Protein Synthesis Kit allows automatic protein synthesis using our patented Stepwise Exchange Cell-Free (SECF) technology of ExiProgen™. After mounting the kit including the template DNA to the ExiProgen™, by operating the Protocol No. 903, up to 500 μg of proteins can be synthesized with a purity of 90% or more just in a single day. In addition, all reactions from protein expression/purification to dialysis are fully automated, with the final target proteins recovered dissolved in the desired storage buffer.
