ExiProgen™ EC-Tagfree Protein Synthesis Kit uses ExiProgen™ to not only express the target protein in the presence of histidine tags, but also removes them to get up to 8 different proteins simultaneously in a single reaction. After loading the kit containing the template DNA on to ExiProgen™ and activating it, maximum of 200 μg of proteins can be synthesized per day. The final target protein will be recovered through a dissolved state in a storage buffer. This product can be applied to protein structure analysis, protein drug development, and antigen protein synthesis.

*E. coli extract (8 strip tube): It is recommended to store at temperature below -70℃ immediately upon recieve due to T7 RNA polymerase and ribosome. Repetitive freezing and thawing will reduce its performance.
