The BN slit nozzles can be customized within the following ranges:

Slit length:  2 mm to max. 10 mm

Slit width:  0.02 mm to e.g. 0.7 mm (the max. depends on the alloy; it must be prevented that the melt drips onto the wheel before ejection); standard: 0.4 mm

The channel of this nozzle is inclined at 10° to guide the melt in the right direction as it exits the channel.
