This is a pair of chamber end caps that transforms Photo-Bio-EC Reactor - Photo-bioelectrochemical reactor 2 x 50 mL into two independent cells. The chamber end caps are made out of a glass-based composite compatible with bio-electrochemical applications. 

Application note:

The chamber end caps are used when it is necessary to divide the cell into two independent electrochemical systems. This is usually the case for indirect measurements and electrode characterization.
