Those are the replacement chambers for Photo-Bio-EC Reactor - Photo-bioelectrochemical reactor 2 x 50 mL. The opaque chamber and the opaque T shape chamber are both made out of a glass-based composite compatible with bio-electrochemical applications. 

Application Note:

The opaque chamber is typically used in a cathode compartment where an interaction with light is not needed. The opaque T shape chamber is equipped with a round quartz window which limits the irradiation aperture to 3.63 cm2. The quartz chamber transmits light incident on the photo anode from any direction.
