Cutting device for glass capillaries
We have developed a tool based on our diamond wires that allows you to cut glass capillaries with precision. This device is particularly suitable for cutting flat capillaries and very thin-walled, round capillaries in precise, adjustable lengths. This is another tool that we use daily. The cutting device has a clamping support for the diamond wires and an easily adjustable length stop with support surface for the capillaries. This guarantees a reproducible cutting length. All three diameters of the diamond wire can be held in the clamping support. Lengths of approx. 15–200 mm are possible.
