In-Situ X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) Analytical Service
SKU: ISXPS001
Overview
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) is a surface analysis method that provides information on the elemental composition and chemical states of the sample surface, with an information depth typically within about 10 nm. When combined with ion etching techniques, XPS can be used for in-depth analysis of the sample.
In-situ XPS (in-situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) is an advanced surface analysis technique that enables real-time monitoring of the chemical state and electronic structure of a material's surface under specific environmental conditions (such as controlled temperature and atmosphere). This provides more accurate information on the material's behavior.
Sample Requirement
-
For powder samples, please provide 50 mg. If the quantity is small, wrap it in weighing paper before placing it in a tube for shipping.
-
For bulk/film samples, dimensions should not exceed 5510 mm.
-
Samples must be fully dried. Insufficiently dried samples, porous materials, or larger samples may require a relatively long vacuuming time.
* Note: Data analysis service is not included in the list prices.
Highlights: High Quality Data, Competitive Pricing, Technical Support by Scientists.
Analytical Service Minimum order requirement: $250 per order. A $200 handling fee will be applied if order is below $250.
Please contact sales@msesupplies.com for additional information and instructions on our Analytical Services program. Confirmation of the sample(s) requirements, SDS sheets and additional information is needed prior to processing the Analytical Service order.
