Overview
MSE Supplies offers MSE PRO Induction Heating Furnace. It is widely used in processes such as rapid annealing, ceramic material sintering, thin-film growth, carbon nanotube development, controlled growth of nano zinc oxide structures, and substrate reduction and regeneration. Its unique heating method significantly enhances production efficiency. The furnace offers advantages such as uniform temperature distribution, low surface temperature, fast heating and cooling rates, and energy efficiency, making it an ideal choice for high-temperature experiments in universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises.
This high-frequency induction heating furnace utilizes high-frequency induction heating and a 31-segment programmable temperature control system with PID regulation, ensuring precise temperature control. The furnace chamber is made of imported polycrystalline alumina fiber material, offering advantages such as rapid heating and cooling rates, convenience, and simplicity.
Highlight
- Sealing System: The furnace uses a silicone O-ring compression seal between the tube and flange, allowing easy assembly and disassembly with excellent reusability and airtightness, maintaining pressure stability for 12 hours.
- Vacuum System: Equipped with a vacuum pump system, the furnace supports optional diffusion or molecular pumps for higher vacuum levels. Smoke and oil mist filters are also available.
- Furnace Chamber Material: Made of alumina ceramic fiber insulation, the chamber is non-powdering, highly reflective, and insulating, with a uniform temperature field and strong thermal durability.
- Leakage Protection: A leakage circuit breaker ensures safe operation by cutting power in case of electrical leakage.
- Flange: Dual-ring sealing technology enhances airtightness. The flange includes multiple connectors (e.g., resistance vacuum gauge, KF25 bellows) and can be hinge-designed for easy disassembly.
- Water Cooling System: Includes a water chiller for cooling the induction coil, with automatic temperature control and over-temperature protection.
- Induction Heating Furnace: Features IGBT power modules and variable frequency control, offering simple operation, easy maintenance, and safeguards like low water pressure and over-temperature protection.
