Description
The 2-micron-thick platinum-coated titanium electrode is a highly efficient electrolysis electrode widely utilized in industries such as hydrogen production. It employs a titanium-based platinum plating technique, offering features like a compact structure and an appealing silver-white appearance.
One of its significant applications is as a hydrogen electrode, leveraging its permeability and electrolytic aperture. By incorporating a platinum metal coating on the outer surface, it effectively prevents oxidation and extends the product's lifespan.
High-performance coating: The titanium-based platinum plating process deposits a layer of pure platinum on the titanium surface, resulting in a firmly bonded and stable platinum layer. This enables the electrode to handle high current density with low voltage, maintaining its shape and stability.
Precise control parameters: The electrode boasts a platinum layer thickness of 2 microns, falling within the standard range of 0.5-10 microns. Additionally, it operates efficiently at temperatures below 80°C and pH values ranging from 1 to 12, making it suitable for various process environments.
