MSE PRO™ Hastelloy Intelligent Quick-Opening Magnetic Stirring Reactor integrates magnetic stirring, high-temperature heating, and smart control into a single system, with a design temperature of 300°C and pressure of 20.7 MPa.
The reactor features a one-piece machined structure and a comprehensive safety system, including an MEAS pressure sensor, ASHCROFT pressure gauge, Swagelok safety valve, and a custom rupture valve. Additional safety mechanisms, such as over-temperature power cutoff and over-pressure buzzer alarms, ensure safe operation in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
Hastelloy material offers superior corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and mechanical strength compared to 316L stainless steel, making it ideal for highly acidic, chloride-rich, and extreme environments. It resists pitting, oxidation, and stress corrosion cracking, ensuring durability in high-pressure reactors. Hastelloy excels in aggressive chemical processes like strong acid reactions and electrochemical applications.
