Description
5-layer sintered wire mesh plate is a filter material with a multi-layer structure, which is made by cross-stacking and sintering multi-layer wire mesh sheets. Its multilayer structure provides excellent performance for solid-liquid separation and gas-solid separation.
A 5-layer wire mesh plate is formed by interleaving a layer of fine woven wire mesh between two layers of coarser square woven meshes. This assembly is then combined with two layers of robust Dutch woven wire mesh and sintered to create a sturdy plate.
MSE PRO™ 5-layer sintered wire mesh plate has a standard 5-layer structure: protective layer, filter control layer, dispersion layer, support reinforcing layer, and reinforcing layer. Each layer of the woven wire mesh is carefully inspected and cleaned, then laminated and spot-welded to form a multi-layer plate.
Each layer of wire mesh has different pore and wire diameters, forming a layerby- layer filtration structure, effectively trapping tiny particles and suspended solids, and achieving excellent solid-liquid and gas-solid separation effects. At the same time, the five-layer sintered wire mesh plate has high strength and corrosion resistance, and can operate stably in various harsh environments.
