MSE PRO™ Universal Quick-Opening Mechanical Stirring Reactor integrates a mechanical stirring vessel, heating furnace, and intelligent temperature controller into a single system, with a design temperature of 300°C and a maximum pressure of 20.7 MPa.
Hastelloy material offers superior corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and mechanical strength compared to 316L stainless steel, making it ideal for highly acidic, chloride-rich, and extreme environments. It resists pitting, oxidation, and stress corrosion cracking, ensuring durability in high-pressure reactors. Hastelloy excels in aggressive chemical processes like strong acid reactions and electrochemical applications.
Constructed as a one-piece machined structure, the reactor features a comprehensive safety system, including Fitok inlet/outlet valves, a safety valve, and a custom rupture valve. It is equipped with over-temperature power cutoff and over-pressure buzzer alarms, ensuring safe operation in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
