MSE PRO™ 5N (99.999%) Silicon (P-type Si) Pieces (1-6mm) Evaporation Materials

Silicon (Si) is a hard, brittle crystalline solid with a blue-grey metallic luster, and is a tetravalent metalloid and semiconductor. Highly purified elemental silicon is used in semiconductor electronics, which is essential to the metal–oxide–semiconductor (MOS) transistors and integrated circuit chips used in most modern technology such as smartphones and other computers. It is evaporated under vacuum for circuit device and data storage device. It can also be used as coating material for SnOcathodes.

The dimensions and purities can be customized upon request. Please contact us for customization or bulk orders
