Aluminum doped zinc oxide (ZnO:Al or AZO) is an ideal replacement transparent conducting oxide (TCO) for ITO for all applications. AZO materials are less expensive than ITO and other TCOs. Typical applications include: transparent electrodes for solar cells, flat panel displays, LCD electrodes, electro-magnetic compatibility (RF-EMI shielding) coatings, touch panel transparent contacts, static discharge dissipation, and IR windows.

Application of zinc aluminum oxide nano powder:

  • widely used in the production of a variety of transparent conductive anti-static coating:
  • as a conductive film on the liquid crystal display; touch-type display application;
  • CRT's anti-radiation (EMI, RMI); high transmittance protection mirror;
  • The switchable translucent glass used for energy conservation and privacy protection is also used in architectural buildings and in automotive windows.
  • applied to surface sensors; anti-reflection film;
  • photoelectric components conductive film, such as solar cells, light-emitting diodes, photoelectric crystals; organic light-emitting diode electrodes, etc
