System Composition
Each MSE PRO AEM Electrolyzer comes with an hydrogen production unit, control power supply, control system, radiator, water tank, circulating water pump, user interface, and other essential components.
External Interfaces
- Electrical Interface: The equipment has AC 220V/16A connection wires with three-core 16A plugs. Users should provide three-core 16A distribution sockets or a 3kVA distribution cabinet wiring block. 110V power version is available upon request.
- Network Interface: Devices connect via an RJ-45 interface (remote monitoring is optional).
- Waterway Interface: The water inlet uses a quick-plug connector (8 mm diameter). Users should provide PTFE or PE plastic pipes for connection.
- Hydrogen Pipeline: The output interface is a G1/4" (6.35 mm) stainless steel sleeve. Users can design hydrogen storage or stainless steel pipelines with pressures below 1.6 MPa.
- Oxygen Pipeline: The output interface is a quick-plug connector (10 mm diameter). Users should use PTFE or PE plastic pipes for connections, and oxygen must be discharged outdoors.
- Atmospheric Hydrogen Pipeline: A sealed G1/4" stainless steel joint is for maintenance use only. Removing it will cause alarm and shutdown. To output hydrogen at atmospheric pressure, contact the manufacturer for control adjustments.
