Pressure cold mounting machine, using high-strength pressure pot and built-in air pump, is a special-purpose metallographic mounting equipment designed for the special requirements of cold mounting. With this equipment, it is possible to significantly reduce bubbles and voids in the embedded sample without altering the physical and chemical properties of the resin, providing excellent results for subsequent sample grinding, polishing, and microstructural analysis.

• Pressure is displayed digitally and automatically controlled. Once the set pressure value is reached, the air pump stops automatically, and when the pressure drops by a certain amount, the air pump starts automatically.
• Triple safety measures including built-in pressure control, pressure relief valve, and safety valve ensure user safety.
• The pressure vessel is made of stainless steel with a large inner capacity, capable of processing more than 20 samples with a diameter of 30mm simultaneously.
• Built-in air pump with low noise, oil-free, pollution-free, and maintenance-free operation.
• 999 sets of process parameters can be set according to the different materials and samples.
• Special air release valve for implementing multiple cycles of pressurization and air release mounting processes.
