The MSE PRO™ Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous is a highly water-soluble salt. It is deliquescent, easily soluble in water, weakly alkaline in aqueous solution, insoluble in ethanol. It can be used as analytical reagent, buffering agent, chelating agent, yeast food, emulsifying salt, antioxidant synergist in food industry.

Applications:
