The MSE PRO™ Glutathione has two forms: reduced (GSH) and oxidized (GSSG). Reduced glutathione predominates under physiological conditions, and oxidized glutathione can be formed under the catalytic action of cystathionine reductase, which is soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol and ether. In high vacuum and high temperature (>1°C), it can remove the bound solvent and partially decompose at the same time, freezing can not remove the bound solvent. Irritating.
