MSE SUPPLIES offer an Integrated Cold Isostatic Press, which is suitable for the integrated experimental model specially produced for scientific research institutions and universities. CIP have been widely applied in such industries as advanced ceramics, powder metallurgy, NdFeB magnetic materials and hard alloy.
- This CIP comes equipped with a single charging basket and does not require any additional auxiliary devices.
- Featuring a visual full-color graphics user interface.
- The maximum working pressure can reach up to 300MPa, providing flexibility to meet various material pressing requirements. (Note: The final maximum pressure value could be customized to be 350Mpa or 400Mpa if needed when placing the order.)
- It offers a high-precision pressure curve that is adjustable and controllable. Additionally, the entire cycle data can be recorded and tracked, allowing for comparison of forming effects under different pressing processes.
- With a height of less than 1.6m and requiring less than 3m2 of installation space, it is suitable for most laboratories.
