Applications:

Lithium nickel oxide (LNO) is a very promising positive electrode material for rechargeable lithium batteries, particularly rocking-chair ones using a carbon negative electrode. Because it shows a very high discharge potential and contain lithium in their structure before charging the carbon negative electrode. LNO can be applied to ternary cathode materials NCM and NCA.
