Description
Multi-layer Titanium Sintered Wire Mesh is a product that utilizes GR1 titanium mesh as its raw material. It is created through a multi-step process involving the combination of titanium stretched mesh, titanium woven mesh, and titanium felt in multiple layers, followed by the application of sintering technology.
Multi-layer Titanium Sintered Wire Mesh combines the titanium stretched mesh,
titanium woven mesh, and titanium felt in multiple layers, a larger filtering area and
improved filtration and electrolysis efficiency can be achieved.
GR1 Titanium Mesh is a mesh material made of GR1 titanium alloy that provides
excellent corrosion resistance and high strength. Sintering heats multiple layers of
composite material to a specific temperature, causing the mesh to bond together
to form an integrated structure that enhances the material's strength, stability,
durability and reliability.
On the electrolysis side, the unique thickness of the multi-layer sintered titanium
mesh can withstand high levels of stress, as well as its excellent corrosion
resistance, making it ideally suited to withstand the corrosion of the electrolysis
process. In terms of filtration, compared with single-layer filters, the multi-layer
mesh structure provides a larger filtration surface area, which can significantly
improve filtration efficiency and effectively remove impurities and pollutants in
liquids or gases.
