GDL-51 Nickle-Carbon Composite High Performance Gas Diffusion Layer
SKU: BR0707
GDL-51 Nickle-Carbon Composite High Performance Gas Diffusion Layer
MSE Supplies provides a gas diffusion layer (GDL) featuring a distinctive nickel sponge and carbon composite structure, ideal for fabricating various gas diffusion electrodes through roll-to-roll ink coating or spraying. The wet-proof capability is further improved by an optional Teflon layer on the back of the GDL. Compared to carbon paper-based GDLs, this GDL-51 offers superior electrical conductivity and roll-to-roll coating ability, making it an excellent choice for both research and product development.
Applications:
- Fabrication of hydrogen evolution electrodes for AEM electrolyzers
- Production of oxygen reduction electrodes for alkaline fuel cells and metal-air batteries
- Development of gas diffusion electrodes for CO₂ reduction reactions
- Creation of gas diffusion electrodes for various other electrochemical gas diffusion processes
