MSE PRO™ Pectinase from Aspergillus Niger
The MSE PRO™ Pectinase from Aspergillus Niger does not specifically refer to a particular enzyme, but is a general term for a class of enzymes that decompose pectin, including galacturonase, pectinolytic enzyme and pectin lipase, etc. Therefore, pectinase is a multi-component preparation that has high efficiency depolymerization of plant pectins with different esterification degrees. The product contains a large amount of hemicellulase, cellulase, pectinase and xylanase activities, which work synergistically with pectinolytic enzymes and polygalacturonase to digest plant cell wall tissues. When used with cellulase, pectinase is successful in producing high yields of living protoplasts in several plant systems, such as corn, soybean, red beet, sunflower, tomato and citrus.
