MSE PRO™ Phenothiazine
The MSE PRO™ Phenothiazine is a rigid, tricyclic structure that acts as an electron donor. Slightly odorous, tasteless, sensitive to light. The color becomes dark when stored for a long time, oxidizes very easily under the influence of sunlight, and sublimates at 130°C (133.32 Pa). Soluble in benzene and acetone, soluble in ether and hot acetic acid, slightly soluble in ethanol and mineral oil, practically insoluble in petroleum ether, chloroform, hexane and water. Harmful, sensitizing and irritating to skin.

Applications:
Mainly used as a polymerization inhibitor in the production of acrylic lipids. It is also used in organic synthesis of dyes and other synthetic materials (e.g., polymerization inhibitor for vinyl acetate, raw material for rubber antioxidant). It is also used as an insecticide for livestock and fruit trees.
