The MSE PRO™ Acid phosphatase is an esterase with broad activity below pH 7.0. It can hydrolyze phosphate monoacetic compounds under acidic conditions and can eliminate phosphate groups in phosphoproteins, such as casein, riboflavin-binding proteins, pepsinogen, ovalbumin, and phospholipids.
