Applications:
Preparation of neutral potassium phosphate buffer solutions. Used to extract keratohyalin from tissues. Tripotassium phosphate has high catalytic properties in transesterification reactions. It can also be used to isolate proteins from Gram-positive bacteria in lysis buffer, high purity cytoplasmic membrane preparation etc. In the food industry used as emulsifier, potassium fortifier, lye for preparation of pasta products, acidity regulator, meat binder, buffer, antioxidant synergist, chelating agent. It is used in the manufacture of liquid soap, refined gasoline, high-quality paper, metal surface treatment, biological hydration treatment, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. It can also be used as boiler water softener, efficient liquid compound fertilizer and auxiliary agent for recovering sulfur from acid gas in synthetic rubber production. Tripotassium phosphate can be used as emulsifier, potassium fortifier; flavoring agent; meat binder; lye for preparation of pasta products.
