Our 0.2-0.3 mm Yttria Stabilized Zirconia YSZ Micro Milling Media offers a precise, easy-to-handle grinding solution for small batch sizes. The microbeads are designed for use in high-performance mills for excellent grinding of organic and inorganic materials. With their ultrafast grinding times and excellent wear resistance, they offer an ideal solution for a wide variety of applications.

    • 94.6 wt%, Zirconium dioxide ZrO2 + Hafnium dioxide HfO2
    • 5.2 wt%, Yttrium oxide Y2O3
  • Specific Density: 6.0 +/- 0.05 g/cm3
  • Hardness: ≥1300 HV
  • Roundness: 0.1mm roundness >0.96
  • Self Wearing-rate: <1ppm/hr
