MSE PRO™ Trypsin Inhibitor, Soybean

The MSE PRO™ Trypsin inhibitor (derived from soy) is a protease inhibitor. Soybean trypsin inhibitor is a monomeric protein containing 181 amino acid residues in a single polypeptide chain cross-linked by two disulfide bonds. It has a molecular weight of 21,500±800 Da and an optimal pH of 7.0. It is soluble in water and saline and insoluble in ethanol, acetone and ether.

Applications:
